Sewing Specialties carries a vast selection of banner blank materials.  This wide variety of banners comes in many sizes, colors, and price ranges.  Each type of banner has its own special usage and our large inventory lets you choose the correct banner for your particular Various Banner Materials and Colors situation.  If you are unsure of the banner that would best suit your needs, our knowledgeable staff will be more than happy to help you determine which of the many fabrics we stock should be your choice. 

Below is a list of the many banner materials that we carry and where each material is most commonly used.  After selecting the material that meets your requirements, then please go our Materials and Colors page for sizes, colors, and prices.
 

 
Imperial 70 Nylon
Imperial 70 Nylon is a PVC coated 70 Denier Nylon.  This material is pin hole free, vinyl receptive, and silk screenable.   It's wonderfully suitable for sporting goods, bags, ad specialties, banners and many other applications.  The Imperial 70 Nylon comes in 58" wide rolls of 50 or 100 yards.  This nylon material meets the California Fire Code Technical Bulletin No. 117, Section E and is UFAC Class 1 certified.
 

 

 
Signmax I
Signmax I is a 10 oz. banner laminate and is formulated for use with vinyl lettering.  It can also be used for silk screening.   This durable material is used for most normal banner applications.

Signmax II
Signmax II is a 16 oz. banner laminate that is great for heavy duty two-sided applications.  This material is intended for use with vinyl letters and silk screening.  The Signmax II also works well as Pole Banners.

Banner Smooth
Banner Smooth is a 12.5 oz. banner laminate with the same smooth film on both sides.  This material can be used for vinyl letters and screen printing.  This banner type is NOT intended for outdoor use.

Freedom 13 oz.
These new 13 oz. banners are ideal for use with vinyl lettering and silkscreening.  This banner type is one-sided and great for outdoor use.  These banners are available in a wide variety of glossy colors.
